Workflow based business process of CC-QA (Sub Vendor Assessment/Inspection/Quality Plan) are under active usage,  which involves business operations of geographically distributed departments of NTPC Corporate QA/RIOs and Site FQAs.

It provides a common digital portal to collaborate between Main Contractors and CC-QA  which facilitate Realtime exchange of documents, compliances/statutory documents/visit report etc. on executing various business processes  (Sub Vendor Assessment/Inspection). Sub Vendor Assessment of RE-QA is also under operation which caters to specific requirement of NTPC REL business processes.
