Vendor Payment Portal was launched in 22,Jan 2020. now Vendors can not only track their payment status but also can upload digitally signed invoice to NTPC for payment. The link for vendor Payment Portal: https://pradip.ntpc.co.in/VendorFinal/Login.jsp.

Invoice Uploading/Invoice Tracking System on Vendor

Shri A. K. Gautam, Director (Finance), Shri A. K. Gupta, Director (Commercial) and Shri R. S. V. Muthumani, ED(Finance) inaugurated the Digital Invoice Uploading/Invoice Tracking System on Vendor Payment Portal (https://pradip.ntpc.co.in/VendorFinal/Login.jsp) in PRADIP through VC on 22 January, 2020.

Both directors appreciated the system and emphasised to educate Vendors through various communications for Digital Invoice Uploading and move towards 100% Digital Invoice Submission. He also interacted with SSC’s and Project/Offices and taken their suggestion on the process.

Shri D. K. Patel, GM to CMD, Shri K. S. Kalidas, CGM(IT) and Sri Sourajit Ghosh, GM(IT) were

present during the inauguration. RED(s)/ED(s)s, Project Heads, SSC Heads, HoHR and HoD(IT) were connected through VC.

Contract Closing Process

The online paperless Contract Closing Process is launched by Sri A. K. Juneja, ED(CC&M)in PRADIP Portal (https://pradip.ntpc.co.in) for Site/SSC awarded PO/Packages on 03 February, 2020.

CCP Process is available in the launch section of e-Office module. The salient features of this system are EIC can start work-flow based CCP’s after assigning approvers (E6 and above) of mandatory and optional CCP’s, parallel task triggering for various CCP Approvals after CCP-01, electronically signed CCP’s and MIS. This will enable seamless closure of Contracts at Site/SSC. ..
