Vendor Payment Portal

Vendor's  have to now mandatorily submit Annual Turnover Declaration  on NTPC Vendor Portal for processing of invoice. For annual turnover above limit amount they have to necessarily submit the e-Invoice  having unique Invoice Reference Number (IRN).

Rollout of  Payment Process  for Kanti , Nabinagar  and NVVN

PRADIP Payment process has been successfully rolled out for Kanti, Nabinagar and NVVN (all subsidiaries of NTPC) in September 2022.

CC-QA&I and RE-QA Business Process Automation

Workflow based business process of CC-QA (Sub Vendor Assessment/Inspection/Quality Plan) are under active usage,  which involves business operations of geographically distributed departments of NTPC Corporate QA/RIOs and Site FQAs.

It provides a common digital portal to collaborate between Main Contractors and CC-QA  which facilitate Realtime exchange of documents, compliances/statutory documents/visit report etc. on executing various business processes  (Sub Vendor Assessment/Inspection). Sub Vendor Assessment of RE-QA is also under operation which caters to specific requirement of NTPC REL business processes.
